I came for a surgery in Scarborough this hotel was absolutely amazing with help they were kind courteous and did everything they could to ensure that our stay was the least of our worries. Our surgeon was running abit late when we called to see if we could check in later the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Suzy was amazing and stated she had no problems and not to worry just make it when we can they also recommended a specific parking so that we could easily get in and out with little walking since I was post op. The next morning we had to return to the surgeon to have the incisions looked at because check out was 11 and my appointment was 12:30 the hotel even let us remain in our room so I could rest in a comfy bed instead of a car and Suzy again even took the time to ask how I was feeling I can’t explain how much these little things made us feel so at home during our stay and I will absolutely be staying here again it was a beautiful hotel it was a shame I couldn’t use the facilities that come with it but it just makes me want to go back even more. I am originally from Whitby so I can also say this hidden gem is in a perfect location to be close enough to all major attractions of Whitby and Oshawa it’s a short cab to the centrum plaza or the Oshawa Center if you want some light shopping I would give this place 5/5 stars and they have Suzy to thank for that!!!!

I like that it was close by to everything that was needed for our stay. Malls, restaurants and event centre which was our purpose for the visit. We liked the breakfast included in the morning. We especially liked the staff. Very very friendly. Taylor was the lady at the front desk who helped us. She was very sweet and pleasant. She conducted herself with professionalism and respect. She is a great representative of the company.

Had great stay location for us was perfect ..went to go station train to Toronto for don toliver concert lol no not a swifty...lol I would really like to thank all of your staff and front desk especially Karan talked for couple hrs actually ..hope it's OK please tell her she's great ...you are lucky to have her ..great person

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal with cheese omelet, brown beans, hot hash browns, cappuccino machine and more! Kudos to the breakfast attendant who was so happy and inviting early in the morning. The hotel itself was clean, well stocked and maintained, quiet.

Wow, girl that checked us in was super nice, even called the room an hour later to ask if the room was to our liking and if there was anything she needed to do to make our stay better. I answered no, everything is perfect! Not the newest hotel but rooms are very well maintained.
